What we collect

When you send the quote request form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email, ZIP code, property type, the services you chose, your answers to service questions, preferred timing, any additional details, and any photos you attach.

How it's handled

• Your request is sent over an encrypted connection to our website hosting account.
• It's saved in a private file on that account that isn't publicly accessible, and a copy is emailed to our business inbox.
• Photos are checked for file type and size, stored in a private folder that isn’t publicly accessible, and used only to prepare your quote.
• To limit spam, the website briefly records the network (IP) address that sent the form. This isn't used for anything else.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and provide any service you book. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as we need them to respond, provide any service you book, and keep ordinary business records. Ask us any time to delete your request.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't load fonts or scripts from other companies.
